Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on agriculture and rural development and Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture, determines the conditions, manner and dynamics of implementation of agrarian policy measures for market price policy, rural development policy, affairs of public interest, social transfers to individuals, food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary affairs and measures in the field of fisheries (Funds provided by the Agro-budget).
The Annex is also part of this publication (full set of technical sheets and listed measures for each involved sector).
