Abstract
This Regulation establishes all necessary criteria and methods for the correct and safe identification of the substance as persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT substance) and very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB substance) on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation shall apply to all organic substances, including organometallic.
