Abstract
This Regulation establishes all necessary standards and rules aimed to determine the correct and safe manner for the storage, keeping and use of dangerous chemicals on the territory of Montenegro.
The rules provided by this Regulation also contain the standards for the correct markings, technical issues regarding the facilities involved and/or dealing with dangerous chemicals, and additional safety requirements.
