Abstract
This Regulation determines the concrete terms, equipment, technical and physical conditions as regards the safe storage and further safe use of hazardous chemicals on the territory of Montenegro.
Hazardous chemicals should be stored in premises and facilities that are closely defined and described in the article 2; facilities that produce, sell, keep and use hazardous chemicals that are classified as very toxic, corrosive, with the mark R-35, carcinogenic categories 1 and 2, mutagenic categories 1 and 2 and reproductive toxic categories 1 and 2, in addition to the requirements referred to in article 2, are regulated by the provisions of the article 5.
