Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on chemicals, determines the data that the dossier on chemicals and the register of chemicals shall contain. The chemical dossier contains the following information: 1) on the applicant for entry in the register of chemicals; 2) the identity of the substance; 3) on the total production and use/uses of each chemical; 4) on classification and labelling of substances; 5) on safe use of the substance; 6) on physico-chemical, toxicological and ecotoxicological properties of chemicals (summary test reports describing methods and methods of testing chemicals), in accordance with Annex 1 which is part of this publication; 7) on exposure during the use of the substance, which are entered in the register of chemicals in quantities between 1 and 10 tonnes per year per manufacturer or importer; 8) which the manufacturer or importer considers to be confidential, which cannot be made available to the public, with relevant explanations. The Annex is also part of this publication (set of technical sheets/indications).
