Abstract
This Regulation defines the rules and necessary procedures governing the Montenegrin official register and related chemical dossier of files.
The dossier on chemicals contains the data on manufacturer or importer; identity of the substance; total production and use of chemicals; classification and labelling of each substance; safe use of the substance; physico-chemical, toxicological and eco-toxicological properties, including the report on chemical testing); effective exposure when used; and possible explanation as regards the information considered as confidential.
The register of chemicals will contain the data and information on manufacturer, importer (such as his name and registered office, tax identification number); type of activities and name of the responsible person; registration number (number and date of entry into the register); all data listed in articles 2-7 of this text; and customs tariff number in accordance with the regulation governing the customs tariff codes.
