Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements aimed to define the detailed criteria, exact amount and manner of payment of special fees for waste management on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation will apply to all products listed in the Annex I.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
