Regulation on fishing bans and minimum sizes of fish and of other aquatic organisms for which the catch is prohibited if undersize.

This Regulation sets the updated list of Montenegrin geographical parcels/areas and related freswater fish and aquatic species which are subject to restrictive fisheries protection measures, also in terms of their minimum size below which the fishing or catch is banned.
Species are listed among their minimum permitted size (for fishing purposes, on Montenegrin internal freshwaters, such as rivers and lakes).
Fishing bans are listed in relation to their spatial and time prohibitions (fishing seasons).
The Annex is part of this publication (containing ortho-photografic representation of fishing areas subject to rules of this Regulation).
