Abstract
This Regulation sets the updated Montenegrin rules as regards the fishing bans, hunting season and minimum sizes of fish and other aquatic organisms under which fishing is here prohibited.
These terms and rules are in accordance and are meant for freshwater fisheries and aquaculture sector, as granted by the national Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture.
This text uses the already divided national inland fishing zones and areas including lakes, and sets specific time and size limitations for each fishing zone.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the cartographic images related to marked fishing areas and related bans or limitations).
