Abstract
This Regulation determines that all shipments of rice and rice products originating in China may be imported and placed on the market of Montenegro only after determining the possible presence of genetically modified organisms in rice or rice based products, for both human and animal nutrition.
Also all consignments of rice and rice products may be imported if accompanied by a laboratory report for each lot or lot and the health certificate issued by the competent authority of the Republic of China (Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China).
Complete list of all related rice products, among the necessary method of sampling and methods of laboratory tests for the presence of genetically modified organisms in rice and rice products originating in China are fully listed in Annex (Annex 1, 2 and 3, also containing the sample of the official health certificate for import of rice and rice products into Montenegro)
