Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms to be observed when determining the environmentally acceptable flow of surface water in surface (not including the supply of drinking water).
These rules are stipulated in order to preserve the natural balance of aquatic ecosystems; and to prevent the degradation of water status on the territory of Montenegro.
