Abstract
This Regulation establishes the correct method for determining the guaranteed minimum flow in downstream directly from the water intake.
The documentation to submit should include all factors of importance to ensure that the status of water (biological elements, hydromorphological elements, chemical and physico-chemical elements, general elements and specific pollutants) is acceptable.
