Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the methods for correct and controlled sampling for the purpose of analysis and testing over the effective presence and/or type of contaminants in food/foodstuff (as regards the Republic of Montenegro).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EC) No 333/2007 of 28 March 2007 on methods for sampling and methods for the laboratory testing over the levels of trace elements and process contaminants in food.
The complete Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
