Abstract
This Act amends Section 510 of the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims regarding the general limits of liability for claims arising on any distinct occasion. It lays down rules for calculation in respect of claims for loss of life or personal injury, any other claims, and claims relating to the territory or waters of the Republic.
