This Decision determines the amount and method of payment of special fees, the type and quantity of plants, plant products and other objects for which the fee is paid, as well as the amount and method of payment of costs in area of plant health. For carrying out a phytosanitary inspection of plant shipments, plant products and other objects when they are imported from third countries into the Republic of Macedonia, a special fee has to be paid for document review, identity review and health review of plants in amounts prescribed according to Annex 1 which is part of this text. The compensation for the phytosanitary inspection of plant owners who are registered in the Register as importers or distributors of plants shall be paid in the amount specified in point 1 of Annex 3.
