Abstract
This Decision determines the complete list (including scientific names and related subspecies) of all wild bird animal species that are present on the national territory and that shall be considered as useful (in terms of wildlife, ecosystem, agriculture and forestry related practices). This list is given in article 1 of this text.
These bird species are restricted for hunting purposes and there are limitations/bans to hunt, keep, buy and sell birds, as well as destroy nests, collect, adopt and destroy eggs of useful bird species (as determined by article 19-paragraph 1 of the national Law on hunting). The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management determines this list of species of wild birds that are to be considered as useful.
