Abstract
This Law regulates the general rules and basic provisions aimed to govern the hunt and related hunting activities and issues as regards the Macedonian wildlife and game.
This Law further defines important provisions such as breeding of game, protection, hunting season, grounds and equipment; use of game (animals and birds) and of their deriving parts/materials; wildlife special protection status and additional rules; inspection and monitoring provisions; and offences and necessary penalties.
The game is state-owned and is considered as good of general interest on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, also under the terms of special protection defined by the conditions determined Law on protection of nature.
