Abstract
This Decree, as for the purposes of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, regulates the implementation, functions, aims for involved participants and planning of land rehabilitation or terrain remediation related measures (during the state of emergency and also as for actions to be executed after the damage valuation process). Article 12 sets preventive measures; articles 20, 21 and 22 regulate the disinfection issues, including animal and human corps removal. Article 23 regards the sanitation of water supply if treatment facilities.
