Abstract
This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, regulates the implementation of measures aimed for protection and rescue of animals and products of animal origin, within the national protection and rescue system. Planning and preparation of activities for implementation of these measures is carried out by bodies of the State Administration, the bodies of the local self-government units, public enterprises, institutions, services and companies (involved subjects). Animals in terms of this text are: ungulates (horses, mules, mules and donkeys); herdsmen (cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats and pigs); feather poultry (chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks and other feathers poultry); ornamental and exotic birds and animals; dogs cats, cunnilingus, bees, leeches, silkworms, fish, crabs, shellfish, hedgehogs, turtles, snails, frogs, hunting game, wild beasts, laboratory animals and insects. Products of animal origin are: components of the animal body in raw, semi-processed or processed (milk, milk products) eggs, meat products, fish, eggs, honey and other products of crabs, mussels, snails and frogs) intended for human consumption.
