Decree on the manner of construction of public shelters and maintenance and use of already constructed shelters and other protection facilities and determination of required number of shelters.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, regulates the manner of construction and maintenance of public shelters and the use of prefabricated shelters and other shelters; and determines the required number of shelters. Shelter and protection of the population, material and cultural goods heritage in the Republic of Macedonia is done by building public shelters and other protection facilities. Main issues are regulated in Chapter II. Manner of construction of public shelters and other protective facilities; Chapter III. Maintenance of already built shelters and other protective facilities; Chapter IV. Use of shelters and other protection facilities; V. Determination of the necessary number of shelters.
