Abstract
This Law amends several parts of the Law on animal food safety (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of 148/2010, and already amended in Gazettes 53/2011, 1/2012, 33/2015 and 149/2015).
Changes are related to the integration of 15 new paragraphs under the terms of the article 10 (setting general obligations for importing animal feed); article 25, paragraph (7) where the words: "Director of" are deleted (same in articles 60 and 65); article 27 (dealing with the approval procedures and conditions for animal feed operators and facilities handling animal feed); and offences and penalty provisions (articles 103 and 104 of the original text).
