Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on the consolidation of agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette 187/2013).
Changes made in this text are affecting the provisions of article 15 (related to the consolidation bodies); article 17 that sets the course of consolidation procedures; article 18 regarding the land valuation; and provisions of article 21 (public data access).
Article 5 of this amending text states that all started consolidation procedures shall be executed under the terms here laid down.
