Abstract
This Law amends and adds various provisions part of the Law on fisheries and aquaculture (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 7/2008).
Changes are related to the general principles and aims of the Law (article 1 that adds financial and funding aims); some definitions (from the article 2); provisions governing the duties of the Council for Fisheries and Aquaculture; fishery technical assistance issues; several offences and penalty provisions.
