Abstract
This Law amends and adds several articles part of the Law on fisheries and aquaculture (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 7/2008 and 67/2010).
Major changes are related to the definitions (article 2); provisions on recreational fishing, fishing guides and recreational zones; aquaculture permit rules (article 106); and several offences and penalty provisions.
