Law amending the Law on food safety.

This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on food safety (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 157/2010, and already amended in Gazettes 53/2011, 1/2012, 164/2013, 187/2013, 43/2014, 72/2015, 129/2015 and 213/2015).
Changes are related to the contents of the article 17 (jurisdiction, local competent institution); cancellation of the provisions of article 20 (paragraph 1, items 9 and 16); additional mandatory information (labelling issues, article 30, paragraph 5); registration provisions as regards the facilities and operators dealing with food of non-animal origin (article 49); registration and approval provisions as regards the facilities and operators dealing with animal origin food (articles 50 and 51); article 54 (food additives, obligations of food operators and of national competent bodies); reediting of articles 54-a and 54-b (food for special nutritional purposes and enriched foodstuff); other adjustments to articles 55, 57, 58-a, 59, 65, 71, 79, 84, 97, 127 and 129; and to the modifications regarding the offence and penalty provisions from articles 130, 133, 134 and 135.
