Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on food safety (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 157/2010, and already amended in Gazettes 53/2011, 1/2012, 164/2013, 187/2013, 43/2014, 72/2015, 129/2015, 213/2015 and 39/2016).
Changes are related to the modifications of conditions and terms governing the functions and educational and professional issues of the Food and Veterinary Agency of the Republic Macedonia (cancellation of listed requirements as regards the functions of the national agency in charge of tasks regulated by this Law, article 18, paragraph 4, item 6; and designated non-application of the provisions of article 18, paragraph 4, item 5, starting from the day of the entry into force of this amending publication, until 1 September 2018).
