Abstract
This Law amends some provisions prescribed by the Law on State Agriculture Inspectorate (Official Gazette 20/2009, 53/2011, 164/2013, 43/2014 and 33/2015).
Changes are regarding the inspection rules for surveys and controls over the legal entities and individuals through quality control and examinations of consignments (export, import, manufacture, purchase, sale of agricultural products, seeds and seedlings material, flowers and ornamental plants, health products plants, wine and products from wine and grapes, oenological means, strong alcoholic beverages, fertilizers, tobacco and tobacco products, and organic products) and offences and related penalties.
