Abstract
This Law regulates the principles, organization, jurisdiction, powers and procedures for the performance of activities such as inspection related affairs by inspectors of the State Agriculture Inspectorate.
This Law provides rules and provisions aimed to grant a organized and efficient inspection in field of agriculture, rural development, fisheries and aquaculture on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Law is divided into IX Chapters and 38 articles, including the offences and penalties.
