Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on veterinary health (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 113/2007, and already amended in Gazettes 24/2011, 136/2011 and 123/2012).
Changes are related to the contents of the article 40 (public call, in relation to the article 26: authorization for veterinary clinics, and hospitals or veterinary services); in article 41 (dealing with contracts with veterinary clinics, clinics and hospitals and the appointment of authorized veterinarians), in paragraph 1 the word “selected” is cancelled; name of official state bodies in several articles (such as 63, 70, 86, 104); penalties and offences (articles 109, 110, 111, 111-a, 111-b).
