Law amending the Law on veterinary health.

This Law amends several parts of the Law on veterinary health (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 113/2007, and already amended in Gazettes 24/2011, 136/2011, 123/2012 and 154/2015).
Changes are related to added article 7-a (regarding the competencies of the national Agency); cancellation of several parts of the text where the competent state institution and its responsible persons are mentioned); added provisions to the article 29 (that sets the rules as regards the reproductive and artificial insemination centers); several added provisions to articles 37, 38 and 39 (organizational issues and conditions for performing animal health and animal welfare or veterinary public health practices); cancellation of the provisions of article 40-b; added article 52-a and 52-b (regarding the disease control centers and plans for emergency measures); introduction of products in warehouses in free zones, free warehouses and customs warehouses (article 95); and several changes to penalty provisions.
