Abstract
This Law amends and modifies multiple provisions and various articles prescribed by the Law on veterinary health (Official Gazette 113/2007).
Major changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; administrative and institutional definitions. denominations and procedures; inspection related matters; data collection and exchange issues; special measures depending on the nature of the disease in accordance with latest trends and standards of the European Union and other international institutions/treaties; and offences and penalties.
The Law contains 49 amended articles (also some provisions of the original text are cancelled).
