Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the rules brought by the Law on waste management (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia (68/2004, 71/2004, 107/2007, 102/2008, 143/2008, 124/2010, 51/2011, 123/2012, 147/2013, 163/2013 and 51/2015).
Changes are related to the rules and obligations for holders of certain specific categories of waste; necessary/mandatory annual reports to the state administrative bodies; several technical and procedural requirements as regards the collection and management of waste (for both natural and legal persons/entities).
