Abstract
This Law regulates the production, processing, trading (import and export), and many other necessary provisions (certification, classification, inspection, recognition and protection of species) regarding the seeds and seedling (planting material, plant production) of crops and cultivated plants. In order to perform the activities with the control of production, finishing, trade, import and export of seed material, planting material and propagating material, as well as recognition, approval and protection of the variety, the Seed and Planting Material Office is established.
This Law is divided into VI Chapters and 99 articles, including the offences and penalties.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
All provisions are repealed except for the provisions in the sections relating to the protection of the variety from Article 61 to Article 85.
