Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants.

This Law reorders and integrates all amended and added provisions from several publications and hereby stipulates the new integrated version of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants that puts out of use all other previous Laws and amending Laws of the Republic of Macedonia as regards the seeds and agricultural plants planting materials.
This Law regulates production, preparation for trade, labelling, import and export of seed material, seeds and other planting materials for agricultural growing cultures (such as cereals, forage, garden, oil seeds, fiber plants, turnips, potatoes, tobacco, ornamental plants, fruit plants and other).
This Law also sets the obligations of persons dealing with such materials, and further determines various issues for the production and processing, registration, examination, approval, entry into the official sort list, certification, provisions regarding the authorized laboratories.
