Abstract
This publication offers the Macedonian monitoring Programme for animal feed safety for the year 2019.
The aim of the above mentioned Programme is the detection of the presence of residues, contaminants and unauthorized or undesirable substances, control over raw materials and products used and/or contained in animal feed.
Sampling and laboratory test and analysis, regulated also by the terms of this Programme, shall be performed for the following pathogen agents and substances/groups of substances: microbiological hazards (Salmonella); inorganic contaminants and nitrogen compounds; mycotoxins; organochlorine compounds; dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls; approved additives and contamination with prohibited animal proteins.
