Abstract
This Order determines the method for implementation of international standard for guidelines during examination no. 23-given in Annex of this text. This standard describes procedures for inspection of shipments of plants, plant products and other objects during import and export. It establishes the guidelines for the inspection of the shipment with the phytosanitary conditions, which are based on visual inspections, document verification and verification of identity and integrity.
