Order on the implementation of international standard for guidelines for reporting non-compliance and taking emergency measures no. 13.

This Order determines the manner of implementation of international standard for guidelines for reporting of non-compliance and for taking emergency measures no. 15-given in the Annex of this text. This standard prescribes the measures that should be taken by the countries in connection with the notification of: an imported shipment that does not meet the phytosanitary conditions upon the detection of certain controlled harmful organisms; an imported shipment that does not meet the phytosanitary conditions in relation to the phytosanitary certification documents.
