Abstract
As for the purposes defined in article 100 (paragraph 3) of the national Law on fisheries and aquaculture (which enables the preparation of a compensation price list by the authorized institution), this Price list is here setting amounts for compensation of the damage caused to fish. This text contains the complete list of fish species among related compensation amounts per each kilogram of the same fish type or species (see article 3).
