Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific additional requirements for supervision in aquatic animals based on risk analysis in order to determine the health and to upgrade the level of care of animal facilities dealing with aquaculture production.
This Regulation contains the provisions aligned with the following documents: Council Decision 2008/896/EC of 20 November 2008 Guidance for the surveillance program of health care for aquatic animals based on assessment of risk in accordance with Council Directive 2006/88/EC (CELEX number 32008L0896).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
