Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on permitted fishing gear and their use for economic and recreational fishing.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on permitted fishing gear and their use for economic and recreational fishing (originally published in the Official Gazette 24/2011). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (setting the list and specifications of permitted fishing gear that can be used for commercial fishing depending on the type of fish and fishing water); article 4 (setting the list of permitted fishing equipment used for recreational fishing); also in article 4 the paragraph 2 is now deleted (previous paragraph 5 shall became the new paragraph 2).
