Abstract
This Regulation determines the permitted fishing gear and their use for economic and recreational fishing. Fishing tools for commercial and recreational fishing are fishing tools for commercial fishing, fishing equipment for commercial fishing and fishing equipment for commercial and recreational fishing. Fishing tools for economic fishing are nets, waistlines and drag blinkers. Fishing equipment for recreational fishing is a fishing rod, fishing machines, fishing line and hook and natural and artificial baits (blinkers, wobblers, artificial flies). Fishing equipment for fishing are vessels - boats with a maximum length of 15 meters. Permitted fishing gear used for commercial fishing depending on the type of fish and fishing water is listed in article 3. The list of permitted fishing equipment used for recreational fishing is given in article 4.
