Regulation amending the Regulation on the ban of import and transit of domestic and wild equidae for the protection against the introduction of the West Nile fever virus in the Republic of Macedonia.

This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on the ban of import and transit of domestic and wild equidae for the protection against the introduction of the West Nile fever virus in the Republic of Macedonia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 121/2017, and already amended in the Gazette 130/2017).
Changes are related to the new Annex 1 that will substitute the previous one (Annex that sets the list of countries and their regions from which the equidae animal specie imports are banner as regards the Republic of Macedonia). New regions and areas are added for each country that is already object of the ban. Spain and Austria are also added to the list of such countries, both with specified internal areas and regions subject to these rules.
