Abstract
This Regulation sets the ban or prohibition that is related to certain imports and transit of domestic and wild equidae, in order to offer the protection against the introduction and/or spread of the animal disease called the West Nile fever virus, in the Republic of Macedonia. The ban object of this text are all equidae shipments originating from Greece and Italy (see Annex 1 for detailed list of regions or areas).
In the Annex 2 there is an additional health certification sheet (Sumplementary certificate regarding the West Nile fever).
