Regulation amending the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market of aquaculture, its purpose, and manner of official controls in marketing of aquaculture.

This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market of aquaculture, its purpose, and manner of official controls in marketing of aquaculture (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 85/2013, and already amended in the Gazette 132/2014).
Changes are related to the official terms and definitions (article 3 of the original text); modifications to the previously added paragraph 2 of the article 26, concerning the indications of relevant aquaculture inspections in relation to Annex 6 and 7. This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1554 of 11 September 2015 laying down rules for the application of Directive 2006/88/EC as regards requirements for surveillance and diagnostic methods.
The Annex 6 is also completely re-edited and part of this publication.
