Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary conditions for placing on the market of aquaculture products and/or deriving products, and manner for the performance of official controls in this sector on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of articles 21, 22, 23 and 24 shall become applicable after the Macedonian entry into the European Union.
