Abstract
This Regulation amends certain contents part of the Regulation on the detailed conditions for performing particular public services regarding the implementation of measures and activities for conducting the bookkeeping, determining the genetic quality and the yield in livestock breeding (originally published in the Official Gazette 60/2013). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (paragraph 3) which here sets updated detailed conditions for spatial, technical and personnel conditions that must be fulfilled by the public service provider that is engaged in the performance of designated professional tasks.
