Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions to be fulfilled by all performers of tasks (considered as public service) regarding the livestock breeding.
These conditions are related to closer spatial, technical and personnel/education conditions that should be respected in expert services such as data keeping, genetic quality evaluation and analysis of the sectoral revenue (suitable space and appropriate technical equipment list in article 2).
