Regulation amending the Regulation on measures for the health protection of animals in relation to lumpy skin disease.

This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on measures for the health protection of animals in relation to lumpy skin disease (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of 51/2017, and already amended in the Gazette 138/2017).
Changes are related to several provisions of the article 4 (exceptions to the ban on the movement of live cattle, that are re-edited and re-defined); changes to articles 5, 6 and added article 6 in relation to the exceptions to the ban on the movement of live cattle deriving form zones marked as infected); and to the cancellation of the provision of article 12, paragraph 1, item 6 (manner for performing the shipments, also related to tasks of competent authorities).
This Regulation further updates and harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1460 of 8 August 2017 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2008 concerning animal health control measures relating to lumpy skin disease in certain Member States.
