Abstract
This Regulation determines the animal health measures in relation to the chronic lumpy skin disease (here in relation to the health status of bovine species), as regards the territory of Macedonia.
The vaccination against the disease object of this text, shall be performed in accordance with minimum requirements listed in the Annex 2. Zones under protection and surveillance are established in accordance with the provisions of article 55 of the national Law on veterinary health; article 3 sets the list of main actions necessary for the scope of this Regulation (different bans, prohibitions and sanitary-vaccination provisions).
This Regulation harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2008 of 15 November 2016 concerning animal health control measures relating to lumpy skin disease in certain Member States.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of zones tagged as vaccination free, and zones that are marked as infected; vaccination specific indications and requirements).
