Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures for the health protection of animals in relation to lumpy skin disease (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of 51/2017).
Changes are related to the reedited contents of the article 7 (regarding the exceptions to the ban on the movement of semen, ova and embryos of bovine animals and wild ruminants kept in captivity); and to the completely new Annex 1, that is also part if this publication.
This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1178 of 2 June 2017 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2008 concerning animal health control measures relating to lumpy skin disease in certain Member States.
